The Group has interest in the real estate industry. One of the group companies, Nimmi Build Tech Private Limited (formerly known as Poonam Developers & Infrastructure India Private Limited), is engaged in the business of construction and real estate.
The Company has set up an IT Software Technology Park in Noida. It is also developing residential projects in Kanpur and a residential project in Lucknow through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
