Animal Welfare

  • We have constructed 175 'Vermipits' to produce alternative, non-chemical fertilizers.

  • We have our in-house cattle feed production named Gangotri to upkeep the health of bovines through which all Namaste India products are derived.

  • In alignment to our commitment towards animal welfare we also have veterinaries on board to look after the health of cattle’s.

  • In 2024, our initiatives benefited 105,572 farmers through training and support programs for animal health. 51,137 farmers were trained in best practices, 1,649 received direct support via health camps, and 52,786 participated in vaccination drives and treatment services, ensuring better animal well-being.

  • In 2024, we organized 5,188 health camps, treating 69,200 animals and providing on-site care to 1,649. With vaccinations included, a total of 146,886 animals benefited from our health services.

Water & Sanitation Initiatives

Installed hand pumps, submersible pumps, and a RO water plant to ensure access to clean drinking water across Kanpur.

Built pumphouses for irrigation and adopted water bodies for renovation and maintenance to support water conservation in various parts of Uttar Pradesh.

Developed street-level rainwater harvesting units in Surat Nagar, Gurugram, in collaboration with TRCSS JNU, Gurgaon Water Forum, and the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) and at Whispering Meadows, Sushant Lok, in partnership with Haryana State CSR Trust and MCG.

Built two water ATMs at Tau Devi Lal Stadium and Nehru Stadium, Gurugram, to provide easy access for the players and community at large to drinking water.

Maintaining RO purifiers and water coolers at Government Girls College, Sector 52, and operate a community tap connected to RO’s outside the college to ensure clean water for students, staff, and the local community- especially during summers.

Environmental Sustainability Initiatives

RSPLWF developed and continues to maintain a Green Belt at Government Girls College, Sector 52, Gurugram, with over 17,000 plants across the campus and surrounding areas, enhancing the green cover and promoting eco-awareness.

In collaboration with the EHS department and Regional Labour Institute (RLI), Kanpur, RSPLWF conducted a large-scale tree plantation drive, planting 5,000 trees at RLI and over 15,000 trees across various sites in Kanpur over 15 days- reinforcing our commitment to environmental conservation.

RSPLWF handed over 1,30,000 seed balls to the Haryana CSR Trust and Municipal Corporation Manesar, supporting native species like Jamun, Mango, and Neem. This initiative aims to improve biodiversity, stabilize soil, and enhance air quality in key areas of Gurgaon.

As part of its drive to reduce single-use plastics, RSPLWF installed 10 cloth bag vending machines at high-footfall locations across Gurgaon, such as markets and transport hubs. These machines offer reusable cloth bags for just ₹10 via cash or UPI, making sustainable choices affordable and accessible to all.

Education Initiatives

Empowering Through Education: Inspired by the belief that "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," we are committed to advancing education. We support meritorious and underprivileged students—especially girls—by covering school fees and offering scholarships to those in need.

Infrastructure Development: We’ve actively contributed to building educational infrastructure, including hostels for tribal children, a sports hall, and a stage with a basement and room at Bal Bhawan, Kanpur.

Ekal Vidyalaya Support: Our continued support to 100 Ekal Vidyalayas helps deliver education and spread awareness on hygiene, rural skills, organic farming, empowerment, and moral values among tribal and underprivileged children in rural areas.

Awareness Generation Sessions on Hygiene Care: RSPLWF teams visit colleges, government schools, and rural/semi-urban communities to promote hygiene and the importance of education. As part of these efforts, we distribute "Behtar Padhai, Behtar Safai" educational kits.

Support for Educational Trip: We facilitated field trips for students of Government Girls College, Sector 52, Gurugram, to New Delhi and Surajkund, and supported Gurgaon University students on their visit to Amrit Udyan by providing transportation.

Hygiene Care Support: RSPLWF regularly distributes hygiene kits to students in various schools and colleges, especially in rural and semi-urban areas of Kanpur and Gurugram, promoting good personal hygiene practices. The kits contain hygiene and personal care products like Pro-ease sanitary napkins, Glori handwash, and Ghadi fabric detergents.

Educational Kits with various education material to promote learning among young children outside the classroom were distributed to 10 Anaganwadis in Greater Noida area.

Rural Developments

Under our rural development initiatives, RSPLWF takes various measures to support underprivileged rural and semi-urban communities.

RSPL Welfare Foundation conducted its Annual Blanket Distribution Drive 2025, beginning in December 2024, to support underprivileged communities across Gurgaon, Kanpur, Delhi, and NCR. Blankets were distributed directly to the homeless and also provided to key organizations for further distribution, including the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Haryana State CSR Trust (HSCSRT), Hiranmoyee India Foundation (Vrindavan), and Mera Gaon Mera Desh Foundation (New Delhi). A key moment of the drive was the handover of blankets to Shri Hitesh Kumar Ji, ADC Gurgaon, for villages in the region.

RSPL Welfare Foundation sponsored and actively participated in the launch of the Haryana Election SVEEP Campaign at Vikas Sadan, alongside key officials including the DC, ADC, and GMDA representatives. To further promote voter awareness, the foundation installed informative standees at metro stations across Gurugram and constructed a Voter Awareness Park within the Vikas Sadan Complex to educate students and the public about India’s electoral process.

RSPL Welfare Foundation (RSPLWF) provided financial support to the Haryana CSR Trust (HCSRT) to establish a CSR Project Management Unit in Haryana. This unit is responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR initiatives in line with the Companies Act, 2013. It aims to address local challenges through sustainable development projects in areas like sanitation, waste management, and afforestation, thereby enhancing RSPL’s community impact and brand visibility.

We focus on promoting gender equality, empowering women, establishing homes and hostels for women and orphans, setting up day-care centres for senior citizens, and implementing measures to reduce inequalities faced by socially and economically disadvantaged groups.

Promotion of Sports

Inauguration of Sports Hall: A Sports Hall was inaugurated at Government Girls College, Sector 52, Gurugram, as part of our commitment to youth development and active lifestyles. The event also included an employee engagement activity to showcase RSPL Welfare Foundation's CSR initiatives. Additionally, we provided a range of sports equipment to the college, including footballs, badminton sets, volleyballs, various sports nets, table tennis tables with 6 racket sets, badminton nets, chess boards, and carrom boards.

Para-athlete Sponsorship & Felicitation: RSPLWF extended financial support of ₹5 lakhs to Mr. Shivam Pal, a Paralympic table tennis athlete, to support his training and participation in various tournaments. During this period, he achieved remarkable success, winning two Gold Medals at the Table Tennis National Ranking Championships 2024 & 2025, and another Gold Medal at the UTT Para National Table Tennis Championship.

Support for Dangal & Haryali Teej Celebration: RSPLWF provided financial assistance for organizing the second Dangal (wrestling event) during the Haryali Teej celebration in Sarmathla village, District Gurugram. As a gesture of appreciation, the local panchayat and village community presented a trophy to RSPLWF, recognizing our efforts to support community-driven initiatives and the preservation of local traditions.

Disaster Relief Initiatives

  • Each year, we provide financial support and donations to various projects, organizations, and deserving individuals. We also distribute solar study lamps to economically disadvantaged communities.
  • We contribute funds to assist those affected by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, and fires, ensuring support reaches people in need during times of crisis.
  • We honor the sacrifices of our Defence Forces by providing financial assistance to the families of martyred personnel. We stand in solidarity with the families of our national heroes, offering our support whenever needed.

Other Social Initiatives

RSPL Welfare Foundation extended financial support as a sponsor for Matsya Utsav 2024–25 in Alwar, Rajasthan- a vibrant festival that celebrates local art, culture, and heritage while promoting cultural and wildlife tourism in the region.

Assisting Old Age Homes: We contribute to various old age homes by donating medicines, food, and other essentials. Additionally, we have provided financial assistance for the construction of an old age home in Odisha.

Namaste India Foods (Rania) Solar Plant- Inaugurated Namaste India’s Rania Solar Plant, developed by Bond Solar. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with 241 kW of solar panels and will generate 3.51 MWh of clean energy annually, marking a significant step toward reducing our carbon footprint and promoting a greener future. The Solar Plant, with its advanced photovoltaic technology, will make a substantial impact by lowering greenhouse gas emissions and supporting our goal of carbon neutrality. This launch signifies our commitment to leading the renewable energy sector and driving sustainable change.

On the occasion of Women’s Day, 2025, RSPL Welfare Foundation extended its support to over 3,000 women Safai Karamcharis by providing Cloth bag hampers containing Ghadi detergent and Pro-ease sanitary napkins under the ‘Aparajita – Humse Hai Gurugram’ campaign of the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG). The hampers were handed over to Shri Sumit Kumar, Joint Commissioner, MCG. In recognition of this initiative, RSPLWF was felicitated by Shri Ajay Kumar Garg, Commissioner, MCG, for its contribution towards women’s empowerment and community welfare.
